A Short Story
A Wise Old Owl
There was an old owl that lived in an oak. Everyday he saw incidents happening around him.
Yesterday he saw a boy helping an old man to carry a heavy basket.
As he spoke less, he heard more. He heard people talking and telling stories. He heard a woman saying that an elephant jumped over a fence. He also heard a man saying that he had never made a mistake.
The old owl had seen and heard about what happened to people. Some became better and some became worse. But the old owl had become wiser each and every day.
Moral of the story :
You should be observant, talk less but listen more. This will make you a wise person.

Autumn (Encyclopaedia Britannica)
Autumn, season of the year between summer and winter during which temperatures gradually decrease. It is often called fall in the United States because leaves fall from the trees at that time.
Autumn is usually defined in the Northern Hemisphere as the period between the autumnal equinox (day and night equal in length), September 22 or 23, and the winter solstice (year’s shortest day), December 21 or 22; and in the Southern Hemisphere as the period between March 20 or 21 and June 21 or 22. The autumn temperature transition between summer heat and winter cold occurs only in middle and high latitudes; in equatorial regions, temperatures generally vary little during the year. In the polar regions autumn is very short.
The concept of autumn in European languages is connected with the harvesting of crops; in many cultures autumn, like the other seasons, has been marked by rites and festivals revolving around the season’s importance in food production. Animals gather food in autumn in preparation for the coming winter, and those with fur often grow thicker coats. Many birds migrate toward the Equator to escape the falling temperatures.
A common autumn phenomenon in the central and eastern United States and in Europe is Indian summer, a period of unseasonably warm weather that sometimes occurs in late October or November.

World Paella Day València
Celebrate World Paella Day (#Worldpaelladay) on 20 September!
It is time to put an end to the disputes, debate and list of permitted or prohibited ingredients. For one day, the city of Valencia, the birthplace of paella, will share its most international dish with the rest of the world, revealing a recipe that combines tradition, culture and culinary excellence.
On 20 September, Valencians, as the creators of paella, will relinquish their role as guardians of the recipe and, in the spirit of fun and friendship, will resolve the eternal debate surrounding the authentic paella. A day will therefore be added to the international calendar to honour this dish and turn it into an international emblem from the very place it was created.
Paella is a symbol of Valencian culture and a global ambassador for its cuisine, but the recipe has often been embroiled in media disputes, such as the use of chorizo by the English chef Jamie Oliver, actor Rob Schneider's oven-based recipe in a glass dish or the rice with chicken, calamari, chorizo and clams made by the chef Gordon Ramsey.
But the what and the how no longer matter because on 20 September Valencia will invite the rest of the world to "put its grain of rice", to make a paella the centrepiece of get-togethers with friends and family, just like the Valencians do, and to discover the true origins of the most Mediterranean recipe, which came into being in Valencia.
